Working principle and equipment requirements
Ultra high pressure water flushing: The water is pressurized to hundreds of atmospheres or more through a high-pressure water generating device, and then converted into a high-speed micro water jet through a jetting device with a small aperture. This type of water jet typically has a velocity of at least twice the Mach number, possesses enormous impact energy, and can accomplish various types of cleaning tasks.
Low pressure water flushing: Use a lower pressure water flow for cleaning, usually below 70MPa. Low pressure water cleaning is suitable for some basic cleaning tasks, but its effectiveness in removing stubborn stains and glue is limited.
Cleaning effect and application scenarios
Ultra high pressure water flushing: Due to its high pressure and speed, ultra high pressure water flushing can effectively remove various stubborn stains and adhesives, suitable for deep cleaning of various industrial equipment and pipelines. For example, in industries such as petroleum, chemical, and metallurgy, ultra-high pressure water jet cleaning technology is widely used, which can efficiently and safely complete cleaning tasks.
Low pressure water flushing: suitable for removing some surface stains, such as daily household cleaning or light industrial cleaning. Due to its lower pressure, the removal effect of stubborn stains and glue is not as good as that of ultra-high pressure water flushing.
Cost and maintenance
Ultra high pressure water flushing: Although the initial investment of the equipment is relatively high, its efficient and safe characteristics make long-term use cost-effective and maintenance relatively simple. Ultra high pressure water cleaning machines can significantly improve work efficiency, reduce labor costs and time in industrial applications.
Low pressure water flushing: Low cost, suitable for small households or mild industrial cleaning. The maintenance cost is also relatively low, but due to its limited cleaning effect, it may require more frequent use or combination with other cleaning methods.
In summary, ultra-high pressure water flushing is more effective in removing stubborn stains such as glue, and is suitable for industrial and heavy cleaning needs; Low pressure water flushing is suitable for daily household or light industrial cleaning.
