The hydraulic motor of the hot melt kettle is one of the key components of the hot melt kettle. Its main function is to provide power through the hydraulic system to drive the mixing device of the hot melt kettle for forward and reverse mixing, ensuring that the coating is fully dissolved.

A hydraulic motor converts the hydraulic pressure energy provided by a hydraulic pump into the mechanical energy (torque and speed) of its output shaft. Liquid, as a medium for transmitting force and motion, drives the stirring device through a hydraulic system for forward and reverse stirring, thereby achieving uniform dissolution of the coating.

Hydraulic oil is introduced into the housing through the oil inlet hole and enters the working chamber between the rotor and stator through the supporting plate and the side plate of the distribution plate. Under the action of oil pressure, the rotor is pressed towards one side of the low-pressure chamber and rotates along the internal teeth of the stator. The rotation of the rotor includes self rotation and revolution. It is transmitted to the output shaft through the long spline shaft, and at the same time, it is transmitted to the distribution plate through the short spline shaft. The rotor and distribution plate rotate synchronously, so that high-pressure oil and low-pressure oil continuously alternate, changing the input pressure and flow rate, and can output different torque and speed. Changing the inlet direction of the pressure oil can change the rotation direction of the hydraulic motor.

The BM series end face distribution cycloidal hydraulic motor is a low-speed high torque hydraulic motor. Its end face oil distribution improves volumetric efficiency and service life. This series of motors has the advantages of large output torque, wide speed range, high speed stability, low speed stability, long service life, small size, light weight, and can be directly connected to the working mechanism. Therefore, it is suitable for various low-speed heavy-duty transmission devices, applied in agriculture, fisheries, ships, machine tools, injection molding, lifting and unloading, mining, and construction departments.

Main parameters of hydraulic motor

1. Work pressure and rated pressure

Work pressure: The actual pressure of the input motor oil is determined by the load on the motor. The difference between the inlet pressure and outlet pressure of a motor is called the pressure difference of the motor. Rated pressure: The pressure at which the motor operates continuously and normally according to the test standards.

2. Displacement and flow rate

Displacement: The volume of liquid input required for each revolution of a hydraulic motor, without considering leakage. Vm (m3/rad) flow rate: The flow rate without leakage is called the theoretical flow rate qMt, and the leakage flow rate is considered as the actual flow rate qM.

3. Volume efficiency and rotational speed

Volumetric efficiency ηMv: the ratio of actual input flow rate to theoretical input flow rate.

4. Torque and mechanical efficiency

Without considering the loss of the motor, its output power is equal to the input power. Actual torque T: Due to the actual mechanical loss of the motor, a loss torque Δ T is generated, which is smaller than the theoretical torque Tt. That is, the mechanical efficiency of the motor, ηMm, is equal to the ratio of the actual output torque of the motor to the theoretical output torque

5. Power and overall efficiency

The actual input power of the motor is pqM, and the actual output power is Tω. Motor total efficiency ηM: the ratio of actual output power to actual input power.
